Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

I've changed my mind about a product - can I exchange it?

Yes.  We accept returns where the product is still brand new (unopened, unused and in it's original packaging) and accompanied by a valid receipt.  You can send it back for an exchange within 14 days of purchase.  Please note, this policy does not apply to sale items.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us and you will need to pay a further delivery fee for the new item.  Of course you can always bring the item back to our store to avoid the additional delivery charges.

 

The item I received is faulty - what should I do?

While we only stock quality brands and products, occasionally you may receive an item that is faulty.  Please contact us on 09 478 9464 or email us at helienterpriseltd@gmail.com, so that we can provide an acceptable solution.  We will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Gaurantees Act.
