How much will it cost to ship my order?
Standard Auckland Wide Delivery - $7.50
- We aim to keep the shipping cost as low as possible, and since you generally only need standard delivery, that's all you'll pay for!
- Standard North Island Delivery (outside Auckland) $11.99
- South Island Delivery - due to current shipping charges, we are no longer offering shipping to the South Island.
- If you have special delivery requirements, please select one of our optional delivery upgrades, detailed below.
When will I receive my order?
In most cases you will receive your order the following working day within the Auckland area,
Exceptions:
- Rural Delivery can take an additional 1 - 3 working days
- Delivery to the North Island (outside Auckland) takes an additional 2 - 3 working days.
- Where you order items that are in stock with the supplier but not in store, your order will be held until all items are available. This usually adds an additional 1 - 2 working days for delivery.
Can I choose to pick up my order?
Yes you can! Select the "Collect from Store" option at the checkout. We will notify you once your order is ready to collect from our Browns Bay store.
Optional Delivery Upgrades
Signature Required - additional $3.00
- If you want the added security, please select this option at checkout
- Neither Berrymans nor Courier post are liable if your items are stolen, damaged or lost once delivery has been made.
Rural Delivery - additional $5.50
- To ensure you get your items as quickly as possible, please select the rural delivery option under the shipping method at checkout.
- If you enter a Rural Delivery address but don't select this as the delivery option we will get in contact with you so that you can provide us with a different delivery address or so that you can provide further payment for delivery.
Saturday Delivery - additional $4.50
- For orders placed before 12pm on Thursday.
- Available in the Auckland Wide area only.
