These terms and conditions apply to all users of our website and by visiting and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at all times.  It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to, the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

This website is owned and operated by Gibson Investments Limited trading as Berrymans. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Berrymans.

Berrymans, its suppliers, or third party providers, own all copyright and other intellectual property in this site. The Berrymans name and logo may not be copied, reproduced or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written approval.



Our website is designed to provide general information about Berrymans and the products we offer only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making your decision.

While we have made every effort to ensure that the content of this Website is complete, true and accurate, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee in relation to the contents of this Website.

All implied warranties or guarantees are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties in relation to the merchantability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site or any other web site.


Applicable Law

This website, its contents and its use by you are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website and its terms and conditions will be resolved in accordance with New Zealand Law

In the event that any provision of these Terms and conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and conditions and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.



All prices are stated in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST. 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct all errors and omissions (whether clerical, computational or otherwise) in any advertising, quotation, invoice or acknowledgement.

We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification or price change, and any inaccurate, incomplete, or out-of-date information on our website.

If you purchase a product for an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel your order (regardless of whether you have made payment). Should this occur, we will refund the amount paid by you in relation to the cancelled order.


Cancellation of Orders

Berrymans reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, or to cancel the purchase agreement after order confirmation, including (without limitation) where Berrymans believes the order to be fraudulent or constitutes misuse of a promotional or marketing activity, or where an error has occurred including, but not limited to, errors relating to pricing.

If we do cancel your order or purchase agreement, we accept no liability for any resulting damages or costs suffered by you, however if you have already paid for the order, we will refund the purchase price to you.


Returns Policy

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be brand new, meaning it will be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required for the return to be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If your return is approved, you will be entitled to exchange your item for other products currently in stock.  In some situations we may offer you a store credit for use at a future date.  This will be at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us and you will need to pay a further delivery fee for the new item.  Of course you can always bring the item back to our store to avoid the additional delivery charges.

Sale items unfortunately cannot be returned and are not part of our returns policy.
