battery cover, push rod, axle with gear and cam, eye support x 2, upper arm x 2, lower arm x 2, lever arm, terminal cap x 2, motor with wires, stick-on eye x 2, push rod clip, screws and detailed instructions. It is approximately 14.5 cm in height when built. Also required, but not included: 1 x 1.5V AA battery, small crosshead screwdriver.
